The role

We're looking for a Sales Specialist to grow our employer and recruiter base. You'll own the full sales cycle: finding prospects, booking meetings, running demos, and closing deals.

Most of your conversations will be with recruiters, HR teams, and hiring managers. These are people who spend too much time screening candidates who don't fit. If you know that world well and already have relationships in it, this role is built for you.

What you'll do

• Reach out to potential customers: recruiters, staffing agencies, HR teams, and employers with active hiring, and get meetings booked.
• Run demos and make the case for Talentprise over the tools prospects already use.
• Close deals and hit monthly and quarterly targets.
• Keep a clean pipeline in your CRM from first contact to signed customer.
• Use your existing talent acquisition network to open doors early.
• Feed what you're hearing in the market back to the product and marketing teams.

What we're looking for

At least 2 years in B2B sales with a track record of hitting your numbers. That's the baseline.

What matters more: you need to know the talent acquisition space from the inside. Not from a distance. You should have sold to recruiters or HR teams before, and ideally, you have relationships there you can activate quickly.

You should be able to run a deal from cold outreach to close without much hand-holding. Remote selling should feel natural, not like a constraint.

Nice to have: experience with HR tech, ATS platforms, or AI sourcing tools.
