Job Title: UI/UX and Graphics Designer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX and Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web application. In addition to UI/UX design, the candidate should possess strong graphic design skills to create visually stunning elements that enhance the overall user experience. The UI/UX and Graphics Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to create compelling and user-centric designs.

Responsibilities:

UI/UX Design:

• Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Design user interfaces for the web application, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to iteratively improve designs.
• Collaborate with developers to implement and refine UI features.
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices in UI/UX design.

Graphic Design:

• Create visually appealing graphics, icons, and other design elements for the web application.
• Develop branding materials, ensuring consistency across the platform.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
• Design assets for social media, blog posts, and other marketing channels.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers to understand user requirements and business goals.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Prototyping and Testing:

• Build interactive prototypes to showcase design concepts.
• Conduct usability testing to gather insights and refine designs accordingly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX and graphic design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
