AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled&nbsp;Genesys CloudCX Software Engineer&nbsp;with extensive experience in the Genesys platform, along with a strong background in front-end technologies including&nbsp;HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing solutions using Genesys technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of CloudCX environments and their integration with customer engagement systems.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design customer-centric solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance the overall user experience through custom development.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement&nbsp;Genesys CloudCX&nbsp;solutions in alignment with business requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with the development and operations teams to ensure seamless deployment and integration of the Genesys platform.</li><li>Create and maintain APIs for integration with third-party systems, enhancing customer engagement.</li><li>Develop user interfaces and dashboards using&nbsp;HTML, CSS, and JavaScript&nbsp;to improve the customer experience.</li><li>Lead troubleshooting efforts for complex system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.</li><li>Participate in requirements gathering and architectural discussions to craft high-quality solutions.</li><li>Maintain and enhance existing systems, ensuring they meet current and future business needs.</li><li>Optimize and fine-tune Genesys systems for performance, security, and scalability.</li><li>Document processes, workflows, and best practices for the development and deployment of Genesys solutions.</li><li>Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership within the team.</li></ul>Required Skills and Experience:<ul><li>10+ years of experience&nbsp;working with&nbsp;Genesys&nbsp;technologies, including CloudCX.</li><li>5-10 years of experience&nbsp;with front-end development using&nbsp;HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Genesys Cloud, PureEngage, PureConnect, and related APIs.</li><li>Expertise in the development and deployment of voice, chat, email, and other omnichannel solutions using Genesys.</li><li>Proven experience in integrating Genesys platforms with third-party tools and CRMs.</li><li>Experience in developing custom widgets, plugins, and UIs for Genesys applications.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in complex, multi-vendor environments.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud architectures, microservices, and containerization (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of security best practices for cloud-based deployments.</li></ul>
