Roles and Responsibilities

As the Marketing Partner at Talentprise, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of our marketing strategy to promote and grow the Talentprise brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing marketing strategy: Lead the creation and implementation of marketing strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring we effectively reach our target audience.
• Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, to build brand awareness and foster a strong online presence.
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product launches and key initiatives, ensuring successful market penetration and customer adoption.
• Content Creation & Video Promotions: Drive the production of high-quality content, including blogs, videos, and infographics, to promote Talentprise’s offerings. Develop video marketing strategies to engage potential clients and candidates.
• Lead Generation: Implement lead generation campaigns across various channels to attract and convert qualified leads.
• Brand Building: Strengthen the Talentprise brand by developing consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone across all marketing materials and communications.
• Building Relationships and Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, external stakeholders, and key players in the market to enhance brand credibility and open up new opportunities for collaboration.
• Reviewing Offerings and Innovating for Growth: Continuously review our product and service offerings, and develop innovative ideas to drive revenue growth and stay ahead of market trends.
• Active Engagement on LinkedIn and Social Media: Be highly active on LinkedIn and other social media channels to raise awareness, and promote Talentprise’s value proposition.

Must Have

• Proven Experience in Startups: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing role within a startup environment, with a track record of successfully building and scaling marketing functions.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal supervision.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term marketing plans that align with business objectives.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
• Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and present ideas effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the HR/Recruitment Industry: Familiarity with the HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition space is highly desirable.
• Creative Skills: Experience in content creation, graphic design, or video production is a plus.

Compensation
