- Effectively build a workflow process with our Talent Advisors to ensure an ideal internal and external candidate experience

- Act as a subject matter expert in the business, our needs, and initial vetting talent

- Constantly generating pipeline, while being closely aligned with Talent Advisors and business stakeholders

- Results driven, ability to drive the recruitment process and provide responsive follow up to candidates and internal stakeholders

- Ability to understand broader business initiatives and be seen as an advisor to key business stakeholders

- A deep understanding of the business and the ability to find and assess critical talent.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

- 5+ years of professional work experience

- 3+ years of sourcing experience in an corporation or agency setting (preferably both)

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent life and military/business experience

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, or equivalent

- Proficient with Social Media and digital tools

- Familiar with current laws/legal requirement concerning recruitment and employment, EEO, ADA, labor relations, etc.
