Job description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Developer to join our team and drive sales within the recruitment domain. This is a commission-based opportunity with a highly attractive revenue-sharing model, ideal for individuals looking to expand their income by leveraging their network or adding to their existing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with talent acquisition specialists, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Promote our services, including:
- Monthly subscriptions to our recruitment platform.
- Sourcing services to provide tailored candidate recommendations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to close deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful service delivery.
Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the recruitment or HR space.
- Strong network of talent acquisition professionals or recruiters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience selling SaaS or subscription-based products.
- Familiarity with recruitment platforms and tools.
- A proven track record of closing deals in the recruitment industry.
Compensation:
- Revenue-sharing model: 50% of all closed deals.
- Monthly payouts are based on deals closed in the prior month.
