Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Remote Recruiter with Talentprise, you will play a pivotal role in helping employers find the right talent by leveraging our advanced talent pool platform. Your key responsibilities include:




  1. Talent Sourcing: Utilize the Talentprise Talent Pool to identify, attract, and engage top talent for various employer clients across diverse industries.
  2. Client Collaboration: Work closely with employer customers to understand their hiring needs, define job requirements, and ensure that the talent sourced aligns with their expectations.
  3. Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet the specific criteria set by employer customers.
  4. Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline within the Talentprise platform, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  5. Market Insight: Leverage your industry knowledge and market insights to advise clients on recruitment strategies, competitive compensation packages, and emerging hiring trends.
  6. Revenue Generation: Drive successful placements that lead to revenue generation for Talentprise. Your compensation will be a percentage of the revenue generated from your successful placements.
  7. Reporting: Provide regular updates to both the client and Talentprise management on recruitment progress, challenges, and outcomes.


Must Have:




  • Experience in Talent Acquisition: Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successful placements.
  • Familiarity with Talentprise Platform: While prior experience with Talentprise is not mandatory, a willingness to quickly learn and utilize our platform is essential.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and candidates.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of at least one industry or market segment, with a network of potential clients or candidates.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Client Focused: A customer-first approach, with a strong focus on delivering value and building long-term relationships.

  • Existing Client Base: A pre-existing network of employer clients that can be leveraged for immediate recruitment needs.
  • Multi-Industry Experience: Experience recruiting across multiple industries, providing a broad talent pool to meet diverse client needs.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using various recruitment tools, software, and AI-driven platforms to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Sales Experience: Background in sales or business development, particularly in a recruitment or staffing environment.


Compensation:

This is a commission-based role, where your earnings will be a percentage of the revenue generated from your recruitment efforts. The more successful placements you make, the higher your potential earnings.
