Occupation: Customer Service Representatives

We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Customer Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for outreach to potential clients, setting up meetings and presentations and delivering engaging presentations on our products and services to both current and prospective clients. You'll work closely with our team of project managers to foster and develop client relationships in their designated territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to potential clients and schedule meetings/presentations

Present our products and services to current and prospective clients, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged

Collaborate with project managers to nurture relationships within our region

Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all client interactions

Qualifications:

Strong public speaking and presentation skills; comfortable speaking in front of groups

Enthusiastic, personable, and able to build rapport with clients

Ability to build customer relationships and deliver customer- centric solutions

Experience in client relations, sales or similar role is preferred

Ability to work independently and as a team
