What we’re looking for:
Implement building construction projects to support site.
Coordinates construction scheduling and communication.
Manage daily construction and RFI support for construction projects.
Act as liaison between in-field construction and project management.
May be responsible for estimates, schedules, materials and purchase orders.
What you’ll be doing:
Supervises construction activity in the field.
Coordinate weekend/shutdown work plans with contractors, facilities, NAMC shops, PC, and PE.
Work with vendors and contractors to coordinate equipment delivery, installation, and scheduling.
Know general building construction methods.
Monitor electrical and Mechanical equipment installation methods for confirmation that installation meets specifications and drawings.
Coordinator RFI’s (Request for Information) and Change Orders.
Qualifications/ What you bring (Must Haves)
Proficient with MS Office and projects. Computer proficient. – Must have.
Building Construction expertise
Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
OSHA 10 Training.
Technical /bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus if you have (Preferred):
Mechanical and Electrical equipment commissioning experience.
OSHA 30 training.
PE license
PMP Certification.
