Role: Partnership Development Representative

The Partnership Development Representative will drive iSC’s growth by networking and building relationships with prospective universities, high schools, and educational enterprises. The Partnership Development Rep is responsible for developing our partnership ecosystem across North America, working to identify strong prospective clients. In this role you will nurture early sales discussions through closing, understand technical requirements, and assist with new customer onboarding and project launches.

Experience: 12 months of customer facing experience in any role.


Work Location: Salt Lake City - Onsite -Hybrid


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Deeply understand the needs, key drivers, and success factors of each prospective client, as well as the importance of aligning customer values to iSC's offerings.
  • Identify, nurture, and close new institutional customers through a consultative sales approach.
  • Develop new university partnerships that drive revenue and expand iSC partner ecosystem.
  • Identify and implement key areas for improvement in the sales, marketing, and product development process.
  • Effectively develop and manage a B2B pipeline to meet projected team revenue goals.
  • Lead information-gathering conversations and articulate the problem statement while identifying key success-drivers.
  • Formulate an action plan along with the technology and product leadership teams.
  • Provide both a technical and business perspective to client conversations.
  • Ability to operate in a high-growth global environment where we are still learning and evolving.
  • Collaborate with Marketing leadership and affiliate partner channels to develop and implement B2B lead generation and nurturing programs including events, conferences, client visits, campaigns, etc.
  • Identify high school and community college partners with the desire to offer their students access to a powerful, personalized admissions platform to support student university decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months work experience experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate to a diverse leadership audience.
  • Understanding of sales and partnership development processes with a data-driven mindset is essential.
  • An independent self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a collaborative team environment.
