Core Contractor Responsibilities

The Independent Travel Specialist acts as the primary consultant for their clients. Main responsibilities include:

Client Acquisition: Actively marketing your services through digital outreach and networking to attract, consult, and secure new clients for cruise and other travel bookings.

Travel Planning & Booking: Researching, planning, and booking detailed, customized travel packages according to client needs and preferences, requiring strong attention to itinerary details.

Customer Service: Providing excellent pre-trip, during-trip, and post-trip support to ensure high customer satisfaction, fostering repeat business and referrals.

Compensation and Support

This contract position is based entirely on performance and uncapped commission.

Compensation Structure: You earn a high commission on every booking you sell. Earning potential is directly tied to sales performance and is unlimited.
