Sales Executive – Talent Acquisition Solutions (UAE, Remote)


Job Objective

The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by generating demand, engaging with HR and talent acquisition professionals, and closing deals for paid subscription plans. This role focuses on outreach, customer relationship building, and executing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure—in the UAE market.


Performance Measure

Achieve and exceed monthly targets by converting qualified prospects into paying customers for the company's paid subscription plans.


Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Generation: Identify and engage with key customers in the talent acquisition and recruitment industry to generate interest in our solutions.

2. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential clients, collect accurate contact information, and maintain an updated customer database.

3. Customer Engagement: Deliver impactful product presentations and live demos to showcase the platform's value proposition.

4. Opportunity Management: Document opportunities, track progress, and follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales funnel.

5. Communication & Scheduling: Send professional emails, schedule calls and online meetings with clients, and ensure timely responses.

6. Social Media Outreach: Leverage social media channels, especially LinkedIn, to reach and engage potential customers.

7. Deal Closure: Drive negotiations and close subscription deals with customers.

8. Customer Visits: Conduct on-site visits (when required) to support deal finalization or relationship building.


Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Science.

2. Fresh graduate or 1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.

3. Based in the UAE with the ability to work remotely and visit clients when needed.

4. Excellent presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.

5. Strong social media and LinkedIn proficiency for business networking.

6. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to achieve sales targets.

7. Highly organized and capable of working independently.

1. Fixed Salary: 3,000 AED per month.

2. Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential extension for an additional 3 months based on performance.
